History

The Nine Power Rings in Order of The Emotional Spectrum:
  • The White Lantern Power Ring is the power of Life.
  • The Red Lantern Power Ring is the power of Rage.
  • The Orange Lantern Power Ring is the power of Avarice.
  • The Qwardian Power Ring is the power of Fear.
  • The Green Lantern Power Ring is the power of Will.
  • The Blue Lantern Power Ring is the power of Hope.
  • The Indigo Lantern Power Ring is the power of Compassion.
  • The Star Sapphire Power Ring is the power of Love.
  • The Black Lantern Power Ring is the power of Death.

Notes

  • The Power Rings are each fueled by something from the Emotional Spectrum (aside from the black and white, which derive their power from The Black and the Life Entity respectively). They all grant similar abilities, but with slight differences in accordance to their proscribed power source.
  • While power rings are traditionally shown to recharge when its wielder says their oath, it appears that Lanterns can recharge by coming into direct physical contact with the Lantern batteries core, this is shown at least once when Atrocitus shoved Larfleeze's face into his Lantern causing him to charge up.
