Mount Olympus (Multiverse) (Home) (DC Comics)



Mount Olympus is a fictional location from the DC Comics Universe. After having overthrown his father, Cronus, Zeus divided the universe, their father’s kingdom, in parts he shared between himself and his brothers. Neptune gained the sea, Pluto the underworld and Zeus the heavens. He founded his proper kingdom, on the top of the Mount Olympus, were he lived with his sisters, brothers and children. The most famous and important Olympian Gods inhabiting Olympus are twelve, but other minor deities and gods were also welcome to live there.

History

Mount Olympus is the realm of the Gods of Olympus. Twelve gods,live on Mount Olympus: Zeus, Hera, Aphrodite, Hephaestus, Apollo, Artemis, Ares, Poseidon, Hermes, Athena, Demeter and Dionysus. Hades was associated with the gods, but did not live on Olympus.
The general public is not aware of Mount Olympus except as a mythological location.
